Cited for harassment

A juvenile was cited after she created a disturbance in Summit Hill.

According to borough police on July 30 at 9:30 a.m. police received a call for a domestic disturbance at 59 W. Holland St. When they arrived they found a 15-year-old female had created the disturbance.

She was cited harassment.
