Lehighton man charged with retail theft

A Lehighton man has been cited by Tamaqua Police following an incident at Ed's Sport Shop, 308 W. Broad St., Tamaqua.

Joel G. Semanoff, 55, of 160 S. Fifth St., Lehighton, reportedly entered the shop last Friday at approximately 4:25 p.m. and proceeded to steal a Blackhawk Pistol Light, valued at $159.

Semanoff has been charged with retail theft.
