Summit Hill woman cited for animal cruelty
A Summit Hill woman was cited after she left her dog in a crate.
According to Summit Hill police on June 14, at 2:28 p.m. police received a complaint of a dog howling at an apartment at 3 E. Ludlow St. When police investigated the complaint they found the apartment, rented by Deanna Leibowitz, 20, of 3 E. Ludlow St., Apt. 8, was empty but a dog was left in a crate.
She was charged with animal cruelty law.
