Four cited in Summit Hill

Four area individuals were cited following a routine traffic stop in Summit Hill.

According to borough police on July 18, at 2:15 p.m., police initiated a traffic stop for failing to stop at a traffic sign.

While on scene police observed three individuals in the vehicle who had been drinking alcohol. The three individuals were Zachary Keegan, 18, of 5381 Dartmouth Drive, Allentown; Anthony Regina, 19, of 124 Stony Creek Road, Jim Thorpe; and Ryan Muth, 20, of 21 E. Sixth St., Jim Thorpe. They were cited for underage drinking. The fourth individual, Giustina Pavia, of 27 Autumn Lane, Jim Thorpe, who was driving, was not drinking. He was cited for obedience to traffic control devices.
