Slatington man facing drug counts

A Slatington man is facing drug counts.

Borough police said about 6:29 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 3, officers went to 421 E. Washington St., to serve a warrant. While at the scene the subject of the warrant, Alexander Hadesty, 23, of that address, arrived. He then fled on foot with police in pursuit. He was apprehended and taken into custody.

He is facing charges of possession with intent to deliver and possession.
