Schuylkill teen cited for DUI-drugs

A Schuylkill County teen is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of a controlled substance following an incident about 10:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 2, along Bern Drive, in South Manheim Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Clint Rarick, 18, of Orwigsburg, was found pulled to the side of the road. He was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest for DUI and drug offenses. A 16-year-old male passenger from Auburn was also arrested for drug possession, troopers said.
