Fraud count pending

State police at Lehighton said a fraud charge is pending against an individual in Monroe County.

Troopers alleged that Karl Snyder, no age or address given, used the debit card of Mary Claire Kositz, 51, of Saylorsburg, without her permission. Troopers said he spent $444.75 at the Quik Shop Service Station along SR115, in Ross Township, on Aug. 8. Troopers said charges of access device fraud will be filed.
