Divorces granted

Matthew L. Hill, 63 Reynolds Road, Tamaqua R.D., was granted a divorce from Nicole M. Hill, 224 Market St., Tamaqua. They were married June 22, 2005.

Joann Gregory, Schuylkill Haven, was granted a divorce from Mark Gregory, Orwigsburg. They were married Aug. 29, 1992.

Ryan Snider, Ellamore, W. Va., was granted a divorce from Jennifer Snider, Mahanoy City. They were married Dec. 17, 1999.

Bail hearings

Bail hearings were held by the court with the following results:

Jessica Rudy, 23, Greenwood Street, Tamaqua, had her bail set by Judge D. Michael Stine at $3,000 percentage cash and was ordered to reside at 10 S. Greenwood St., Tamaqua; shall not consume possess or transport any alcohol or drugs unless prescribed by medical doctors and shall appear in court at all future proceedings. She faces charges of criminal conspiracy.

Heath Livergood, 20, of Frackville, had her bail set at $15,000 unsecured bail by Stine who also directed she reside at 12 N. Fourth St., Frackville, her parents must sign an affidavit at the Clerk of Courts Office for verification of the address and she shall have no contact with the victim. She faces a charge of interference with a custody.

James B. Webb, 27, South Fork, Cambria County, had his bail set at $15,000 unsecured bail by Stine and he shall reside at 1009 Rockville Road, South Fork, and shall not relocate without prior court approval. He faces assault charges.

Liens on properties

The Tamaqua Area School District filed three liens and Panther Valley School District one lien on properties who are in arrears in paying real estate schooll property tax.

Tamaqua Area filed against Samantha Yachera on property at 59 Mahanoy Ave., Rush Township, to enter a lien of $1,673.36; against Craig and Helen Walters on property at 144 Owl Creek Road, Tamaqua, in amount of $2,870.55; and against estate of Cory P. McCarroll on property at 135 Penn St., Tamaqua, for $975.73. The Panther Valley School District filed against Thomas Sullivan on property at 111 Greenwood St., Coaldale, for $1,186.52.
