Seek damages
A civil suit has been filed by David and Mary Ann Semmel, 1785 Summer Mountain Rd., Palmerton, owners of property at 3975 Fire Line Rd., Palmerton, against Paul Berger, Box 846, Kresgeville, owner of property at 4145 Fire Line Drive, adjacent to the plaintiffs' property.
The suit alleges a tree fell from the defendants' property and struck a side porch on the plaintiffs' property causing damages to the roof and eaves, railing, stairs and window. Negligence is alleged against the defendant.
Sought are repair damages of $5,579.52 plus interest and costs.
