Schuylkill woman is cited
A Schuylkill County woman was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 28, in the area of Washington St., in Middleport.
State police at Frackville said Sheri Philips 53, of Middleport, was cited after she told Tonya Kerns, 33, also of Middleport, to leave a function the two were attending. When Kerns refused, Philips allegedly slapped and shoved Kerns, troopers said.
