Monroe man facing conduct charge

A Monroe County man is facing a charge of disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred about 11:40 p.m. on Aug. 18 in the parking lot of the WaWa store in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said Robert Kish, 28, of Kunkletown, approached Vincent Fiorica, 19, of Brodheadsville, as he sat in his vehicle. Kish allegedly started yelling at Fiorica to engage in a fight with him. Kish then grabbed Fiorica's wrist.
