Drunk in public
A Monroe County man has been cited for public drunkenness.
Pocono Mountain Regional police said about 2:23 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 26, officers on patrol observed a male stumbling along SR940 in the area of the Uni-Mart in Pocono Lake.
The male was identified as Stephen Snook, 46, of Blakeslee. He was found to be intoxicated. He was cited, placed in custody and transported to the county prison in Snydersville.
