September 20, 1986 Marian quarterback Erick Hackenberg runs for a 11-yard touchdown with 1:14 left in the game to rally his team to a 13-12 victory over Mahanoy Area. Hackenberg also has a good game through the air, completing 10-of-20 passes for 193 yards, including a 60-yard scoring toss to Dave Lewis.
