Melissa Borrero, 650 1/2 E. Broad St., Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from Leonardo Borrero, 127 N. 15th St., Bloomfield, N.J. They were married May 11, 1995.

Charlene Sue Steeley, 6 Rogosky St., Quakake, Rush Township, was granted a divorce from Andrew P. Steeley, 2038 Allenhurst St., Norman, Okla. They were married Dec. 13, 2003.

Kevin J. Fanellli, Pottsville, was granted a divorce from Monica R. Fanelli, Schuylkill Haven. They were married Dec. 1, 1979.

Michelle Mock was granted a divorce from Joseph W. Mock, both of Pottsville. They were married Aug. 26, 2000.

Paul J. Drake, Valley View, Hegins Township, was granted a divorce from Rose Ann M. Drake, Auburn. They were married Nov. 24, 2001.

Marcia A. Mariano was granted a divorce from Kerry M. Mariano, both of Schuylkill Haven. They were married Dec. 29, 2006.

Shannon M. Buchanan, Spring Glen, was granted a divorce from Jason A. Buchanon, also known as Jason A. Knight, Millersburg. They were married Aug. 28, 1999.

Frank B. Generella was granted a divorce from Maria Mattock, both of Pottsville. They were married Jan. 19, 2010.

Tammy R. Brensinger was granted a divorce from Duane C. Brensinger, both of Orwigsburg. They were married Sept. 21, 1981.

Tara Lynn Kemfort, Cressona, was granted a divorce from Ethan Johrey, Palo Alto. They were married Jan. 4, 2004.

File for divorce

Kelly A. Horan, 315 N. Second St., Frackville, started a divorce suit against Brian J. Conroy, 1101 Pine Valley Lane, Sheppton, East Uniion Township. They were married July 12, 2005.

Debra L. Paisley, 66 Mahanoy St., Tamaqua, started a divorce action against Norman S. Paisley III, of 422 W. Rowe St., Tamaqua. They were married Nov. 17, 1989.

Owe school taxes

Tamaqua Area School District filed petitions to court against two property owners alleging taxes owed to the school district on their properties.

A suit was started against Todd L. Snyder, as trustee of the Lone Star League Land Trust, New Ringgold, alleging $1,080.17 is owed in school tax on property at Third Street, Rush Township.

A suit was filed against George A. and Shelly A. Bonser alleging they owe $186.61 in school tax on property at 419 Elizabeth St., Tamaqua.

Credit defaults

LVNV Funding, LLC, Greenville, S.C., filed a suit againset Ryan Arner, 332 Mahanoy St., Tamaqua, alleging he owed a balance of $943.61 on his credit card.

Discovery Bank filed suit against Kathleen M. Bair, 855 Barnesville Drive, Barnesville, alleging she owes a balance of $4,162.44 on her credit card.

Bank of America filed suit against May Ann Mallets and Anderew J. Mellets, alleging they have defaulted on mortgage payments on their property at 11 N. Madison Avenue, McAdoo. Balance owed is $59,126.98.
