Arrests reported

State police at Lehighton reported on the following arrests made by troopers recently.

On Sept. 23 about 10 a.m. troopers responded to Valley Road East, in Polk Township, Monroe County, to a report of harassment. Troopers said Isaac Houston Purcell, 31, of Lehighton, and Matthew Pepe, 27, of Saylorsburg, allegedly threatened to do bodily harm to Dana Lee Moore, 29, of Kunkletown.

Both Purcell and Pepe were cited for harassment, troopers said.

On Friday, Sept. 24, about 4:40 p.m. troopers responded to 314 Bridge St., Weissport, for a report of harassment. Troopers said Richard Bennick, 41, and Paul T. Walck Jr., 43, both of Weissport, had a verbal argument in which Walck allegedly pushed a step-ladder into the chest area of Bennick.

Walck was cited for harassment, troopers said.

On Saturday, Sept. 25, about 11:40 a.m. along SR209, in Franklin Township, Carbon County. David W. Trump, 47, of Hanover, was discovered to have in his possession drug paraphernalia while acting disorderly in public.

He was cited for possession and disorderly conduct.
