Divorces granted
Missandra Malyberg, 105 W. Rowe St., Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from Michael Malyberg, 22 W. High St., Coaldale. They were married July 3, 1999.
Nicole Moore, 800 Hazle St., Tamaqua, was granted a divorce from Erik Moore, Mahanoy City. They were married Sept. 23, 2005.
James L. Mourer was granted a divorce from Elizabeth Annj Mourer, both of Oneida, East Union Township. They were married Aug. 19, 2000.
Joel Haas, New Ringgold, was granted a divorce from Wanda Haas, Mahanoy City. They were married June 5, 2002.
Jennifer Concepcion Chinchay was granted a divorce from Juan Chinchay, both of Shenandoah. They were married Feb. 5, 2001.
Richard T. Williams Jr., Schuylkill Haven, was granted a divorce from Jennifer L. Williams, New York. They were married July 22, 2005.
Barry J. Frey, Schuylkill Haven, was granted a divorce from Deborah S. Campbell-Ferrar, Orwigsburg. They were married May 24, 2003.
Tammy L. Snyder was granted a divorce from Keith H. Snyder, both of Ashland. They were married Oct. 26, 1995.
Amy Lorraine Brown was granted a divorce from William Robert Frantz Jr., both of Palo Alto. They were married Oct. 19, 2007.
Revoke parole
Judge John E. Domalakes revoked the parole of Joseph Chimahosky, Ashland, and he was re-paroled under the certain conditions: he must return to his place of employment and have no contact with anyone under the age of 18. However, his street time of 156 days on parole were taken away and added to his maximum sentence which is now March 3, 2011. He had entered a guilty plea to a driving under the influence (DUI) charge on Sept. 8, 2009, and after serving 30 days in prison was released on parole.
