Robert Parthe, 26, of MaryD, will be cited by state police at the Frackville with disorderly conduct.

The charge stems from an incident that happened about 12:10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 11, on North Main Street in MaryD, Schuylkill Township.

Police said it is alleged he caused public inconvenience, annoyance and alarm by racing his veyhicle up and down the street and doing "burnouts" in front of a residence on North Main Street.

In addition to the disorderly conduct charge, he is facing other traffic offenses.

In a related offense, police said Anthony Hosier, 30, also of MaryD, was charged with criminal mischief and harassment about 10 minutes after Parthe was cited.

Police said it is alleged Hosier intentionally damaged the driver's side window of Parthe's 1985 Chevrolet pickup truck with his hand. During the act, Hosier allegedly caused glass to hit Parthe in the face.
