Man cited for repeated car alarm

A Summit Hill man was cited after police received three complaints about his car alarm.

According to borough police, on Aug. 31, at 8:21 p.m., police received various complaints of a car alarm that kept going off. It was learned that the car belong to Jeffrey Pecha, 128 W. Hazard St., Apt. 210.

He was cited for allowing the alarms to go off numerous times without taking care of the problem.
