Revoke parole

Judge D. Michael Stine revoked the parole of Donte Tarran Brown, 20, Pottsville, for violating conditions fixed by court. He was recommitted to the county prison and his 221 days of liberty taken away and added to his maximum sentence. He had entered a plea of nolle contendre (no defense) to terroristic threat charges last December and was placed on probation.

Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin revoked the parole of Troy D. Langtry, 47, Herndon, and he was recommitted to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence. His 188 days of liberty were taken away and his new date of release was extended to July 19, 2011. He had pleaded guilty to harassment and after serving 37 days in prison was released on parole.;

Vincent Michael Weiss, 27, Pottsville, had his parole revoked by Judge Dolbin and he was recommitted to serve the balance of his sentence in the county prison. His new date for release was set at March 3, 2011. Weiss pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and after serving a jail sentence was released on parole.
