Driver facing DUI in Slatington
A driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident in Slatington.
Borough police said James Malone, 33, of Philadelphia, was stopped along Main St. about 10:35 p.m. on Sept. 24 for a report of reckless driving.
He was charged with DUI, DUI of a controlled substance, careless driving, driving on the right side of the road and possession of drug paraphernalia.
