Carbon couple cited by troopers

A Carbon County couple has been cited by state police at Lehighton.

Troopers said William J. Romano, 45, and Kathy L. Romano, 48, both of 222 Norman Drive, Towamensing Township, Lehighton, were cited on Saturday, Oct. 30, about 4:45 p.m. for harassment.

The two were cited, troopers said, for physical altercations that took place between them over the past three or four days. The incidents were reported to troopers at the time and date stated above.
