Schuylkill arrests

State police at Frackville reported on two arrests made by troopers.

James Doyle, 35, of Zion Grove, was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred about 2:15 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 1, at 56 Saint Moritz Road, in Cove Village, North Union Township.

Doyle allegedly struck Kristen Kennedy, 34, of Oneida, in the head with his fist and also shoved her at the above-stated time and location.

Eugene Mattera, 53, of New Philadelphia, was cited for criminal mischief for an incident at 241 Valley St., in New Philadelphia.

Mattera is accused of damaging the basement door at that location. The property owner was identified as Eve J. Tropp, 52. The incident occurred about 9:50 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 29.
