Altercation results in two being cited

An altercation resulted in the two participants being cited.

State police at Lehighton said Justina M. Pettis, 24, of Saylorsburg, and Lukas W. Drake, 31, of Kunkletown, were involved in a physical altercation about 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 11 at 28 Chestnut Drive, in Eldred Township, Monroe County.

Both will be cited for harassment, troopers said.
