Carbon resident cited for conduct
A Carbon County resident was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred about 9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13.
State police at Lehighton said Joshua Senft, 24, of Andreas, was cited for throwing fireworks at night alarming his neighbors. The incident occurred at 61 Matalty Lane, in Andreas, East Penn Township.
