Identity theft incident probed

State police at Frackville are investigating an access device/identity theft incident.

Troopers said Patricia Kukol, of 1269 Valley of the Lakes, East Union Township, reported someone obtained her person information and applied for and received a Target credit card. The person then used the card to make a purchase at a Target store in Georgia. The incident was reported on Saturday, Nov. 13, troopers said.
