Monroe driver facing DUI count

A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 11:10 p.m. on Nov. 11 along Kuehner Drive near Smale Lane, in Eldred Township.

State police at Lehighton said Robert E. Brown, 29, of Kunkletown, was stopped at the above stated location and was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He transported to the barracks for a breath test. Charges will be filed, troopers said.
