Blakeslee driver facing DUI charge

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks arrested Joseph Amoroso, 30, of Blakeslee, for drunk driving on Wednesday.

Police said he was stopped for driving a vehicle that had its tail lights not properly functioning, at which time police determined Amoroso was under the influence of alcohol.

He was transported to the barracks after being stopped at the intersection of Rt. 115 and Gilbert Road in Chestnuthill Township at 6:49 p.m.
