Minor injuries in Schuylkill crash

Minor injuries were reported in a one vehicle crash that occurred along Interstate 81 in West Mahanoy Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Summer Woll, 31, of Wyalusing, Bradford County, was driving a 1998 Chrysler Concorde southbound about 12:15 a.m. Monday, Dec. 6, when she lost control. The vehicle spun clockwise and traveled to the right at exit 124. The rear of the vehicle made impact with a tree near the ramp area, troopers said. Troopers said the road was partially covered with snow.

Woll and passenger, Cassandra Jeralds, 21, of Le Raysville, Bradford County, sustained minor injuries and were treated at the scene. Damages were moderate to the vehicle.

Troopers cited Woll for driving a vehicle at a (unsafe) speed.
