Winter parking rules in S. Hill

Summit Hill police reminded residents that winter parking rules will go into effect Wednesday, Dec. 1, through March 31, 2011.

All vehicles shall park facing west on E. White St., between Spruce and Pine sts.; all vehicles shall park facing west on W. White St., between Poplar and Coal sts.

From Dec. 15 to March 15, 2011, all boats, trailers and campers shall be off borough streets. Police said violators wll be fined and the vehicles towed at the owners' expense.
