JT man facing more than $1,000 in fines
A Jim Thorpe man is facing a non-traffic charge and various motor vehicle violations. The four citations received total more than $1,000 in fines and costs.
Gerald F. Strubinger, 65, was cited by Jim Thorpe borough police. The citations along with the fines and costs are: Disorderly conduct ($437), registration card to be signed and exhibited on demand ($121.50), carrying and exhibiting a driver's license on demand ($75), required financial responsibility ($350), and stop signs and yield signs ($75).
The citations were issued by Detective Lee Marzen of the Jim Thrope Police Department and filed with Magisterial District Judge Edward M. Lewis of Jim Thorpe.
According to the citations, Strubinger was cited on Oct. 29 on East Tenth Street in Jim Thorpe.
