Charged with game law violation
A New York state resident has been charged with violating Pennsylvania game laws.
State police at Lehighton said Krol Tomasz, 27, of Staten Island, was charged after he discharged a shotgun numerous times within 150 yards of numerous residences in the area of Huntington Lane, in Polk Townsihp, Monroe County. The incident occurred on Sunday, Dec. 5, about 3:30 p.m., troopers said.
