Lehigh driver facing DUI count
A Lehigh County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 10:50 p.m. on Dec. 3 along Holbens Valley Road at Carpet Road, in Weisenberg Township.
State police at Fogelsville said Christopher Cutitta, New Tripoli, was stopped for speeding at the above stated location. He was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. Charges were filed, troopers said.
