Insurance suit
Shawn Kresge, 119 North Ave., Jim Thorpe, filed a civil complaint against NGM Insurance, 27B Midstate Drive, Auburn, Mass.
The suit states the plaintiff had fire insurance with the defendant for the property above in Jim Thorpe. A fire occurred at the property on Dec. 11, 2009, and the defendant has refused to compensate the plaintiff for the damages, the suit charges.
Sought is damages in excess of $20,000.
