Light posts are damaged at homes

State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident whereby light posts were damaged on two properties along Shady Oaks Drive East in Ross Township.

The incident happened between 11 p.m. Nov. 21 and 9 a.m. Nov. 22.

The victims are Laura Guccio, 54, and Timothy Biery, 24, both of Saylorsburg.

Police said the acts of vandalism happened to the posts which were located at the front of the victims' properties.
