Try the old plan

Dear Editor:

I have been following the ice problem on the Mansion house Hill and the recent meeting on what to do held on the location. The next meeting should be held about a half-mile south on 209, where it intersects 903.

That area had the same problem for years and was corrected about 45 years ago by PennDOT. Look at that job and copy it, save some money, no need for a study or engineering delays, start digging and order the grating. I'm pretty sure the late George B. Stewart was the engineer on that job.

Sound like a plan?
