Indecent exposure

Defiant trespass

Criminal charges were filed against Eleanor Schmick, 51, and Vincent Smith, 59, last known address, 140 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, for defiant trespass. The incident occurred on Nov. 27 at 4:28 p.m. at the above address.

Public drunkenness

A citation was filed against Brandon Coulson, 21, of 576 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, for public drunkenness. The violation occurred on Dec. 10 at 9 p.m. on Delaware Avenue.

Disorderly conduct

David Christman, 36, of 367 Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Oct. 23 at 12:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Harassment

Criminal charges were filed against Stephen Meleschuk, 51, of 225 Seventh Street, Whitehall, for 2 counts of simple assault and one count of harassment. The incident occurred on Nov. 24 at 12:30 a.m. in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue.

Speeding

Charles Palagonia II, 27, of 630 Franklin Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Dec. 3 at 6:50 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

A citation was issued to a 17-year-old Schnecksville man for speeding. The violation occurred on Dec. 4 at 3:16 p.m. on SR248 east.

A citation was issued to Scott Barth, 45, of 190 Reliance Drive, Wilkes-Barre, for speeding. The violation occurred on Dec. 14 at 11:02 a.m. on SR248 east.

Traffic violation

Criminal charges were filed against Troy Seel, 36, of 4450 Maple Drive, Walnutport, for DUI, driving under suspension, stop signs and yield signs, vehicle approaching or entering intersection, and careless driving. The incident occurred on Nov. 17 at 5:46 p.m. at Mauch Chunk Road and Old Mauch Chunk Road.

A citation was filed against Stanley Wells, 25, of 8607 120th Street, Richmond Hill, NY, for driving under suspension. The violation occurred on Nov. 29 at 6:16 p.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Avenue.

Vehicle violation

Jamie Christman, 34, of 840 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection and expired registration. The violations occurred on Nov. 28 at 12:09 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.
