Published December 24. 2010 05:00PM

Pocono Mountain Regional Police report David Kleiman, 20, of Tobyhanna, is facing several charges as a result of a traffic stop they made at 12:19 a.m. Dec. 12 along Rt. 196, near Seven Nations Drive, in Tobyhanna.

Police said Neiman was driving an Audi A4 that was stopped after police observed several Vehicle Code violations. It was later determined by police that the vehicle had a Pa. inspection sticker on it that did not belong to the Audi.

Police said the vehicle was not registered, insured nor inspected. It also had a Pa. registration plate on it that was from another vehicle.

Displaying a fraudulent sticker is a misdemeanor in the first degree, police said.
