Heidi Sue Heffelfinger weds Andrew Petritsch

Heidi Sue Heffelfinger, daughter of Betsy Heffelfinger of Tamaqua, and Andrew John Petritsch, son of the late Ernest and Mary Petritsch of Delano, were married on Sept. 26, 2009 at Faith United Church of Christ in Delano. The Rev. Janet L. Kline officiated at the double ring ceremony. The organist was Karen Owens. Valeria Pupko was the vocalist.

Given in marriage by her mother, the bride chose Steph Goida of Coaldale as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids included Sheila Convile of Nesquehoning and Mary Petritsch of Tamaqua.

The bridegroom chose Andrew Petritsch of Tamaqua to serve as best man. Ushers included Ron Seibert of Delano and Jason Petritsch of Mahanoy City.

Following the ceremony the couple greeted family and friends at a reception held at the Delano Fire Company in Delano.

The new Mrs. Petritsch is a graduate of Panther Valley High School and Carbon County Vo-Tech. Her husband is a graduate of Mahanoy Area High School and Schuylkill County Vo-Tech. He is employed by Freedom Corrugation in Hazleton.

The newlyweds currently reside in Tamaqua.
