TAHS seniors picked for Susquehanna band

Three senior band members from Tamaqua Area High School have been selected to participate in the 2010 Susquehanna University Honors Band to be held at the university on February 19-21, 2010. Selected students include: Lauren Ward, piccolo; Brandon Clemson, trumpet and Drew Bonner, euphonium. The festival bands will be under the batons of John A. Thomson, Director of Band at New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois and Dr. Eric L. Hinton, Director of Bands at Susquehanna. The festival will culminate in a grand concert at the Weber Chapel Auditorium on Sunday February 21 at 3 p.m. Pictured from left are Drew Bonner, Lauren Ward and Brandon Clemson.
