The engagement of Kristi Lauren Strohl of Lehighton to Scott Colin Berger of Kunkletown, has been announced by their parents.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Keith and Susan Strohl of Lehighton.
She is a 2009 graduate of Carbon Career and Technical Institute where she studied cosmetology.
She is employed at Holiday Hair in Allentown.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Colin Berger and Denise Brotzman, both of Kunkletown.
He is a 2006 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School and Monroe Career and Technical Institute.
He is employed by Giant Food Stores as well as on his family farm, Berger and Son Farms.
A wedding is being planned for 2011.
