Shoveling with a smile

Kathy Holter of East Broad Street in Tamaqua struggles through the task of freeing her car from the snowy mess. Many people found it very hard to find a place to put the unwanted snow. A lot of peoples' concerns also revolved around if their newly-shoveled spot will be there when they return.
