Four time share units destroyed at Split Rock

Fire companies from Carbon, Luzerne, Schuylkill and Monroe counties battled a stubborn blaze today that ravaged four time share units at West Wood Villas of Split Rock Resort and Golf Club. The two-bedroom units are across the street from the Galleria. The unit numbers went from 1051 to 1054. The fire started as a smokey blaze, which quickly escalated to flames by the time firefighters arrived on the scene.
