Graduates from Kutztown University

Corey Michael Reifinger, of Slatington, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kutztown University's College of Visual and Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design, with a Dual Concentration in Advertising and Graphic Design and a Minor in History, at the Commencement Exercises on Saturday, May 8, in Keystone Field House.

Corey is a 2005 National Honor Society graduate of Northern Lehigh High School and received an Associate in Arts degree in Fine Arts/Studio Arts from Lehigh Carbon Community College in Spring 2007. He was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, the Honor Society at 2-Year Colleges, and was awarded a special tuition scholarship at KU from the All-Pennsylvania Academic Team at PA Commission for Community Colleges, maintaining Dean's List status throughout.

While at KU, Corey completed an internship at Crayola in Easton, as well as summer internships with CertaPro Painters in Oaks, PA and the Banana Factory/ArtsQuest in Bethlehem. Corey has accepted a position with TracyLocke, an advertising/marketing firm, as a Designer and will be relocating to Wilton, Connecticut in June 2010.

He is the son of Michael and Denise Reifinger of Slatington and twin brother of Jill Denise Reifinger of Philadelphia.
