Theft incident at ski resort probed

State police at Lehighton are investigating a theft incident at the Blue Mountain Ski area in Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County.

Troopers said the vehicle of Angela Marie McCleland, 37, of Danville, Montour County, was entered sometime between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 30. Removed from the vehicle was a laptop computer, a Garmin GPS unit, Apple Ipod, two Nintendo DSI and related games, a black purse that contained $350 in cash, a webcam, a mouse, headphones and other related items.
