Two facing theft and related counts

Pocono Mountain Regional police arrested two Tannersville men involved in the theft of a 2009 Ford Focus from the lot of Mike's Auto and Glass in Pocono Summit on Jan. 14.

Dennis Arthur Salgado, 18, and Justin Francis Guskiewicz, 19, were arrested following a vehicle and foot chase with Pocono Regional police assisting Pocono Township police.

Both men face felony charges of theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy. Pocono Township police are also charging them and a third man for related crimes that took place in the township that morning stemming from the vehicle theft.
