Carbon man facing drug charge
A Carbon County man is facing a drug charge.
State police at Lehighton said Anthony Borrelli, 23, of Lehighton, was observed to be in possession of drug paraphernalia at a residence in Bowmanstown on Friday, Jan. 15, about 9:40 p.m.
The incident occurred when troopers responded to the residence to a report of a disturbance.
