PGC offers hunter-trapper course slated

Pennsylvania Game Commission is presenting the 2010 Spring Hunter-Trapper Education program on Saturday, April 10; and Sunday, April 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. The program is sponsored by the Indian Mt Rod & Gun Club, Route 534, Kresgeville. Directions: from Route 209 Kresgeville, take Route 534 north for one mile. The club entrance is on left side of Route 534 when heading north. To register, contact instructor Bill Marks between 6 and 9 p.m. at (570) 992-1072.

Pre-registration is required for class. No walk ins. Seating is limited. Minimum registration age is 11.

Certification earned is required by Pennsylvania law for all first time hunters. There is no fee for the course.

Lunches will be available at course for a nominal fee.
