Christopher Scott and Jessica Anne Ostroff
Sherry and Arne Ostroff of Lancaster, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter Jessica Anne to Christopher Scott, son of Joanne and William Scott Jr. of Lehighton.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Towson University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in mass communications. She is employed as a branch manager at the Fulton Bank in Lancaster. She is the granddaughter of the late Elaine and Herman Vernick and the late Bernice and Carl Ostroff.
The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Marian Catholic High School. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in government and law at Lafayette College and received his law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law. He is employed at Devine Law Offices in Lancaster. He is the grandson of Jewel and James Roch of Placida, Fla., and the late Pennsylvania state Sen. William Scott and Marian Scott of Lansford.
The couple is planning a November 2010 wedding.
