Both parties in altercation cited

Both parties involved in an altercation were cited, state police at Lehighton said.

The incident occurred at the residence of Anita M. Stroltzfus, 61, and Elton G. Stoltzfus, 63 of 12 Matthew Lane, Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County.

Troopers said a verbal altercation turned physical at some point. Both will be charged with assault and harassment, troopers added.
