January 13, 1995 Joe Ligenza hits three free throws in overtime and Brian Boyer contributes a key three-point play as Tamaqua earns a 74-71 Schuylkill League Division I victory over Blue Mountain. Ligenza, whose putback with 19 seconds left in regulation forces the extra session, finishes with 32 points, 21 rebounds and three blocked shots. The Raiders, coached by Jim Woodring, also receive 26 points from Boyer.
